Bill is the main face and voice that you will hear at FCC. He recently announced his “semi-retirement”.  He is our Senior Minister and continues his service by filling the pulpit at our Sunday morning services.  Bill holds a Bachelor of Biblical Literature from Ozark Bible College, and a Masters of Arts in Practical Ministries from Cincinnati Bible Seminary.  He has served in ministry for almost 40 years throughout Kansas, Kentucky and Indiana and has served with First Christian Church in Nevada since March of 2004.  He has also served as President of the Missouri Christian Convention for March of 2015.
Bill is married to Susie (Rinehart). Susie is a Social Services Supervisor with Nevada Regional Medical Center.  His children include: Andy & wife Annie, and their sons Craig, Evan, and Luke, who are living in China;  Tabitha (Abi) & husband Kevin, and their daughter Maddi who live in Cincinnati;  and Jennifer (Jae) & husband David who also live in Cincinnati and are parents to Ellie, Ronan, and Tali.  The family is a source of great joy. “I loved being a dad and now enjoy being a grand-dad.”

Dave serves as FCC’s Associate Minister with an emphasis in church music and education. He coordinates and serves as the worship leader at our  10:30 Service.  Dave was born and raised in Southwest Idaho near Caldwell, ID.  Led by a strong influence of bible and music in home, church and school, he received his BS in Church Music from Intermountain Bible College, Grand Junction, CO.  With the development of his talents in his home congregation, he entered full time ministry in 1981, working in the areas of youth, music and the pulpit: two years in Deming, New Mexico at First Christian Church, followed by five years in Lordsburg, NM at the Church of Christ.  These were followed by fifteen years at the Christian Church of Alamogordo, NM.  Since July of 2002, Dave and his family have been active members of Nevada’s FCC family.

Dave met his wife, Sally, in Deming, NM, & they married in ’83.  Sally is an active homemaker supporting the service of her husband and the needs of her family.  She facilitates women’s home Bible study groups and assists with various church activities.  Dave & Sally have two sons, Aaron & his wife Ellie who live in Colorado, and Nathan who lives & works in Tennessee.  Both sons are skilled musicians and are pursuing church, personal, & community music ventures.
Lynda is usually the first voice you’ll hear answering the phone and the first face you’ll see in the office.  She is a driving force in the church office keeping everyone in line and on schedule!

Lynda moved to Nevada after having grown up in Austin, Texas and lived in the Houston/Galveston area for about 20 years.  Since coming to Nevada in 1990, Lynda has worked as Chamber of Commerce Director, managed a cell phone store and worked as outside sales person for Cavener’s Office Supplies.  In her spare time she likes to attend church events, sing, cycle, swim, walk, embroider and read.

Betty keeps our financial ducks in a row!  She joined the FCC staff as financial secretary in January 2015.  Her resume includes secretary at Calvary Baptist Church in Nevada as well as Calvary Christian School Principal for several years.  Betty works part-time for Ralph Shumaker, CPA, and executes financial and secretarial duties for Children’s Evangelistic Ministries, Inc. (CEMI).
Betty and her husband, Mike Morris, live in Moundville.  She and her husband founded CEMI in 2004.  They feel blessed to be able to provide witnessing tools using the gospel colors.  Betty and Mike have three adult sons, and are both members of Calvary Baptist Church.
